Who We Are

Byrne Turf & Maintenance (BTM) is a specialist lawn care company based in Perth’s northern suburbs, focused on delivering high‑quality turf results for homeowners, strata managers, and commercial sites. We don’t see lawns as “just grass” – we treat every site like a living surface that needs the right combination of preparation, science and ongoing care.

From full lawn renovations and aeration through to regular maintenance and specialised treatments, our work is built around one simple aim: to give you a lawn you’re genuinely proud of, without the stress of trying to manage it on your own.

Meet the Founder – Ciaran Byrne

BTM was founded by turf professional Ciaran Byrne, who brings over 15 years’ experience in the sports turf industry and residential/commercial lawn care. Before launching BTM in Perth, Ciaran worked on world‑class golf courses in Europe, including being part of the teams that prepare Ryder Cup venues, where the standard for turf performance is as high as it gets.

That big‑tournament mindset now guides how BTM approaches every project in Perth—whether it’s a small front lawn in Carine or a large commercial site that needs consistent presentation all year round. Clients often comment on his attention to detail, clear communication and willingness to share practical advice so they understand not just what is being done, but why.
