Lawn Care Technician

$70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)

Enjoy hands-on work outdoors while helping keep lawns healthy and looking their best as part of the Byrne Turf & Maintenance team.

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will visit residential and commercial properties across Perth’s northern suburbs to carry out professional lawn care services. You’ll follow clearly planned schedules, operate a range of equipment, and deliver a friendly, reliable service that keeps our clients’ turf in top condition year-round.

What This Role Involves

  • Carrying out regular lawn mowing and edging to a high standard
  • Supporting lawn renovations including scarifying, coring and topdressing
  • Applying fertilisers and soil conditioners to promote healthy growth
  • Assisting with weed, pest and disease control treatments as directed
  • Setting up, using and maintaining powered turf equipment safely
  • Following daily run sheets and job instructions on time
  • Keeping vehicles, tools and work areas clean, tidy and safe

What You Bring

  • Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all seasons

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation of your work

  • Reliable, punctual and comfortable working both in a team and alone

  • Willingness to learn turf care techniques and follow instructions

  • Valid manual driver’s licence suitable for driving between job sites

  • Full working rights in Australia and a commitment to safety standards
